Summer Solstice Yoga
Join Gateway Farm for a summer solstice celebration. Through guided slow flow vinyasa style movement, a sound bath, a lush lo-fi guitar co-facilitated by Katie Hipple, RYT-200, Sarah Miller, RYT-200, and Josh, a local guitarist – prepare to expand into the warmth of the summer season during the longest day of the year. Summer reminds us to express gratitude, awe and joy for the season’s bounties and the forward momentum of growth in the season ahead.

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience surrounded by nature. FLORA & SAUNA is the perfect opportunity to unwind, destress, and connect with like-minded individuals in a tranquil setting.
We have SISU Mobile Sauna, Ice Baths, and Gateway Farm Herbal Tea. Come enjoy a sweat, a cold plunge and a walking tour of a local farm where your produce is being grown. Like Michael Pollan says in his book In Defense of Food, "Shake the hand that feeds you."
