Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Allison

Join us at Gateway Farm for a farm-to-table dinner featuring Chef Allison Vyn, resident chef and instructor at East Elm Kitchen Co. A chef and nutritionist with a passion for seasonal cooking, Allison is known for creating approachable, flavor-driven dishes while helping home cooks build confidence in the kitchen through engaging classes and culinary experiences.

 The evening will celebrate the season's harvest through the lens of Spain's most iconic dish: Paella. Guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration as Allison prepares paella over an open flame, sharing techniques, stories, and tips throughout the process. The menu will feature Spanish-inspired flavors alongside seasonal ingredients grown at Gateway Farm, bringing together the bold flavors of Spain with the best of Michigan summer.

Please note: the featured paella will contain both shellfish and meat, and substitutions for the main course will not be available. Gluten, dairy, and nut allergies can be accommodated if noted during the ticket purchase process.

This special evening is presented in collaboration with East Elm Kitchen Co., a kitchen store and culinary gathering space in Old Village Plymouth. Known for its thoughtfully curated cookware, kitchen tools, classes, and community events, East Elm has become a destination for people who love cooking, entertaining, and connecting through food.
